I'm Dylan Leworthy, UCI's regional director in Spain, where I lead sales and business development in Madrid, Andalusia, and the Balearic Islands. My responsibilities encompass both the general mortgage and property sales branches and those specializing in international buyers.
Since 2004, I have developed my career within the UCI Group, holding strategic roles in Spain, Greece, and Brazil. I have managed branches in some of the key regions of the Spanish real estate market, such as Madrid, Andalusia, Levante, Costa del Sol, and the Balearic Islands, and have been a key player in developing the business model for international buyers in Spain and Portugal.
Internationally, I served as Director of Administration and Finance at UCI Brazil (2015-2018), where I optimized financial results through sales growth and cost reduction. Prior to that, I was Director of Operations at UCI Greece (2010-2015), leading risk management and loan recovery during the height of the economic crisis. I also created and led the International Recoveries department in response to the 2009 financial crisis and participated in UCI's Executive Development Program, further solidifying my career with the company.
A graduate in Business Administration and Finance with over 25 years of experience in the banking sectors in Europe (Spain and Greece) and South America (Brazil). My career has made me an expert in the acquisition and financing of international buyers, providing a global strategic vision that combines business development, risk management, and organizational transformation.
