Obtaining a simple note for a property is a very simple procedure that can actually be carried out online , from anywhere and at any time. There is no need to have a special connection with the property in question, but anyone can request this document regarding a property.

The first step is to access the Property Registry website and click on the online procedures section. Among the different services offered by this institution, you should select the item 'Simple note of a property' and register as a new user by following a registration form.

Once you have completed your personal information on the platform, you will be able to find out if a house is mortgaged online by entering any of the following data about the property :

- Using the property's registration data : registration number, section and ordinal number of the property and municipality and name of the corresponding Registry).

- With the Idufir , that is, the unique identification number that each property has.

- Through the name or NIF of the owner.

- By the address of the property.

- Using geolocation , specifying the exact coordinates of your location in a viewer.
