I'm Josep Vera, Director of Organization and Business Development at UCI. My role focuses on leading the commercial strategy in several key areas: business development with large real estate networks, property marketing, the relationship with the team of financial consultants, and the evolution of our sales tools, such as the CRM. All of this with one clear objective: to consolidate UCI's position as a leader in the mortgage sector.
Since joining the UCI Group in 2006, I have had the opportunity to lead teams in various areas, including sales, digital, debt recovery, property sales, organization, and business strategy. This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the real estate and mortgage sector, allowing me to grasp its challenges and opportunities from different perspectives.
In recent years, I have been actively involved in the company's digital transformation as Business Development Director, leading projects in Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Lead Scoring, and Contact Center. Thanks to this, we achieved 30% business growth with digital partners and a 50% improvement in lead generation and conversion efficiency.
In addition, I have served as regional director in various areas such as Catalonia, the Canary Islands, Valencia, Aragon and part of Madrid, contributing to the expansion of UCI and strengthening relationships with our main partners in the real estate and mortgage sector.
I have a degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona, where I also completed an MBA, and I have a PDD from IESE Business School.
Beyond my professional career, I have a great passion for cooking, especially rice dishes. For me, both in the kitchen and in the business world, the key lies in attention to detail, in doing things with care, and in always offering the best experience, whether to a customer or a diner.
