I'm Josep Vera, Director of Organization and Commercial Development at UCI. My role focuses on leading the commercial strategy in several key areas: business development with large real estate networks, property marketing, relationships with the financial consulting team, and the development of our commercial tools, such as CRM. All of this with a clear objective: to consolidate UCI as a benchmark in the mortgage sector.
Since joining the UCI Group in 2006, I've had the opportunity to lead teams in various areas, including sales, digital, repossessions, real estate sales, organization, and commercial strategy. This experience has allowed me to acquire a comprehensive view of the real estate and mortgage sector, understanding its challenges and opportunities from different perspectives.
In recent years, I have been actively involved in the company's digital transformation as Business Development Director, leading projects in Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Lead Scoring, and Contact Center. As a result, we achieved 30% business growth with digital partners and a 50% improvement in lead capture and conversion efficiency.
Additionally, I have served as regional director in various regions such as Catalonia, the Canary Islands, Valencia, Aragon, and parts of Madrid, contributing to UCI's expansion and strengthening relationships with our key partners in the real estate and mortgage sectors.
I have a degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona, where I also completed an MBA, and a PDD from IESE Business School.
Beyond my professional career, I have a great passion for cooking, especially rice dishes. For me, both in the kitchen and in business, the key is attention to detail, doing things with care, and always offering the best experience, whether to a client or a diner.
