Ricardo Pingarrón

Head of ICU Rehabilitation Operations.

Hello!

I am Ricardo Pingarrón Carrazón and, although I have a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, my true vocation has always been to find practical solutions that improve people's lives, especially in the real estate and sustainability sectors.

From a young age, I knew that law was a powerful tool for transforming realities, which is why I complemented my education with specialized courses in legal practice, real estate law, urban planning, taxation, and administrative management. I have always been very curious about understanding how cities, buildings, and communities function, and how we can improve people's lives.

My professional career has been closely linked to UCI, where I started in 1991 and have been fortunate enough to grow and contribute significantly: from the Managers Department in 1994 to the Developers Department in 2001, as well as collaborating on the development of such interesting products as those related to the renovation and rehabilitation of residential communities. In recent years, I have focused all my experience on the field of sustainability, first as technical director of Creditos.com, and currently as head of Rehabilitation Operations in the Rehabilitation Department.

I have also participated as a speaker in various forums and universities, such as IE University, CESINE or SIMA, talking about rehabilitation, energy efficiency and how the real estate sector can make a real contribution to a more sustainable future.

I speak English, French, and Italian, and I love being in multicultural environments. Outside of work, I'm the father of three wonderful children. I'm also a lover of opera, classical music, theater, and everything related to art and culture. I'm passionate about literature, I practice Tai Chi and swimming, and I'm a member (and long-suffering) of Atlético de Madrid.

Ultimately, I believe that everything we do—at work or outside of it—is about caring, building, and leaving something a little better than we found it.
