  • Funding to renovate the building can be requested by the president of the community of owners, as the highest representative of the community.
  • To apply for the Rehabita Loan, you must complete the application form, with the identification data of the president of the community and the building, the details of the work to be financed and the amount of the loan. In addition, it will be necessary to attach the necessary documentation:
    1. CIF of the community of owners
    2. ID of the president of the community
    3. Minutes of the appointment of the president of the community
    4. Community review of two years
    5. Community account movements for one year
    6. Minutes where the assessments for the action were approved
    7. Minutes where the rehabilitation budget is accepted
    8. ITE (Technical Inspection of Buildings) / IEE (Building Evaluation Report)
    9. Mail or a certificate from an architect stating that the ITE/IEE has been corrected
    10. Certificate of default
    11. When everything is accepted, act with the acceptance of the financing and authorize the president to sign it.
    12. Formal request signed by the president or the administrator. If signed by the administrator, a copy of his/her ID will be required.
