  • With the CREA mortgage, it is preferable that you own the land. However, consult with your financial advisor to study your project in detail.

  • It is a CREA self-builder mortgage, meaning it allows you to build your house from scratch on your own land. Unlike other mortgages, the entire loan is not given in a single installment, but rather is given in installments as the work progresses.
